30 Motion to go into Executive Session at 6:34 pm per Article 7 (Public Officers) Law Section
31 105(f)— Interviews of candidates and matters leading to the appointment, employment,
32 promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person.

35 Motion to come out of Executive Session at 7:34 pm

38 Motion to make a recommendation to the Town Board for Edward Dubovi to fill a 2 year term
39 and Evan Ogata to fill the remainder of Andra Benson's term; to be appointed as voting
40 Conservation Advisory Council member(s); and John Fleming, Carrie Koplinka-Loehr,Todd

41 Walter, and David Wolfe be reappointed as a voting CAC member(s); and for Andra Benson to
42 be appointed as Liaison to the Town Board.

45 Overlay District for Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway
46 - The CAC discussed emplacing a tapered buffer with the following possibilities:
47 o 1000ft from Northern Town Line to the Bridge.
48 o 500ft from School to the Southern Town Line.
49 - The CAC will create language to accompany the Overlay District after the map has been
50 established.
51 - The CAC will present their Overlay District map to the Planning Board for consideration at the
52 Planning Board working meeting on January 101n
53 - The CAC would like the Overlay District map to include the 5 points from the Scenic Resource
54 Inventory that fall on the Scenic Byway.
55 - The CAC would like to include Lake Ridge Road from 34B to Nut Ridge Road in the Overlay
56 District.
57 - These new requests will be included in the overview of the maps that have been created.
58 Annual Report to NYSDEC
59 - The CAC reviewed the annual report that will be submitted to the NYSDEC.
60 Open Space Index
61 - If the CAC is awarded the Park Foundation grant,they will have a $10,000 budget from the Town
62 to work on the Open Space Index.
63 Conservation Easement Language
64 - This will be tabled until the next meeting.
65 New Business
66 - Tom Butler, Carrie Koplinka-Loehr would like to set up a meeting with new Town Board member
67 Ruth Groff to inform her of the work the CAC has been doing.
68 Co-Chair Tom Butler called the meeting to be Adjourned at 8:36 pm.
