29 Thank you letters- Bell Station
30 - Thank you letters were sent to Sen. Helming, Gov. Hochul,Assemblymember Kelles, Basil
31 Seggos, and NYSEG President& CEO Carl Taylor.
32 - Town received a response from Sen. Helming, which was forwarded to the CAC.
33 - Finger Lakes Land Trust is negotiating with NYSEG regarding the purchase of Bell Station.

35 Overlay District- Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway
36 - The CAC discussed the maps created by member Karen Edelstein.
37 - Most Members wouldn't mind seeing commercial development in places that it already exists
38 along the Scenic Byway.
39 - A variable buffer was discussed.

40 - The Director of Planning would like to see the map portion of the document completed for
41 review by the Planning Board,Town Board, and Departments by the end of the year.
42 - Once the map is complete,the text portion can be developed.
43 - The CAC members will drive the route to review and forward their thoughts to the rest of the
44 CAC.

46 Open Space Index
47 - David Wolfe reviewed the Town of Bethlehem's Open Space Index.
48 - David would like to see a substantial amount of public input.
49 - The budget was sent for approval on November 3rd. Upon approval,the CAC will know if they
50 will receive the $10,000 that has been requested.
51 - The Director of Planning has submitted the Park Foundation grant application.The results
52 should be known in December.

54 Developing Criteria- Conservation Easements
55 - Robyn Bailey would like to create a subcommittee to review the criteria she has put together.
56 - Karen Edelstein has experience with Conservation Easements. She will review this document
57 with Robyn.

59 CAC Membership
60 - The following members have terms expiring: Carrie Koplinka-Loehr,John Fleming,John Greenly,
61 Todd Walter, and David Wolfe.
62 - A vacancy posting will be published to seek out other interested parties.

64 Preparation of 2021 NYSDEC Report
65 - Carrie Koplinka-Loehr and Tom Butler will review this and submit as required.

67 Co-Chair Tom Butler called the meeting to be Adjourned at 8:40 pm.
