27 Scenic Resources Appendix: Approval and next steps
28 - Town Counsel suggested to adopt the Scenic Resources Appendix without a public hearing.
29 - The Scenic Resources Appendix will go to the Town Board to be adopted in July.
30 - Karen will reformat the maps.
31 - Karen will try to work on the formatting to match the Natural Resource Inventory.
32 - Cornell Cooperative Extension or Heather may be able to help with the formatting.
33 Letter Regarding Cornell Orchards: approval and next steps
34 - The CAC reviewed and edited the letter.
35 - Carrie will forward the edited letter to the Director of Planning.
36 - The Director of Planning will then forward to the Town Board for review.

38 - Carrie has been in contact with Jenna Hoellerer,who is creating a new website.

39 - Carrie and Jenna have created a list of items that they would like to see on the page.
40 - These items include the draft NRI, the draft SRI, and photos.
41 - The documents just need to be sent to Jenna when they are ready.
42 - Links to videos and minutes can be included on the page.
43 Work Plan
44 - Carrie has updated time frames for some of these items.
45 - The Director of Planning informed the CAC that they could comment on the Cayuga Lake Total
46 Maximum Daily Load. Comments are due July 8tn
47 - The Planning Board has been discussing Zoning restrictions and the Scenic Byway.
48 - Andra and the Director of Planning will review becoming a Conservation Board.
49 Perma Training
50 - CAC members are required to be trained annually in recognizing Sexual Harassment and
51 Workplace Violence. Please see the May 5 email from Jenna, access your PERMA accounts, and
52 complete your training by the end of July.Jenna will send an electronic copy of the Town's
53 Sexual Harassment policy with a fillable PDF for you to sign.
54 - The training will take around 3.5 hrs.
