21 Co-Chair Tom Butler opened the meeting at 6:30 pm

24 • John Steinmetz and Katie Darcy of Bergmann Associates were present to discuss the Open Space
25 Index Plan.
26 o They will be doing a site visit to learn about the area on June 141". CAC members Tom
27 Butler and John Fleming will serve as tour guides.
28 o They discussed the timeline.
29 o The CAC will need to create a list of stakeholders.
30 SEQRA Type 1 Action: Dandy Mini-Mart
31 • The Director of Planning explained the purpose of SEQRA review and the CAC's role.
