19 Co-Chair Tom Butler opened the meeting at 6:30 pm

21 Parks, Recreation, &Trails Master Plan
22 • Several members of the CAC provided comments on the Parks, Recreation, &Trails Master Plan,
23 to which the Director of Parks & Recreation responded and will consider before the Master Plan
24 is approved by the Town Board.
25 OSI Consulting Firm Choice
26 • The CAC has chosen Bergman as the Consulting Firm that will help craft the Open Space Index.
27 • Karen Edelstein & Carrie Koplinka-Loehr have offered to be the points of contact between the
28 CAC and the consultant.
29 Climate Smart Communities Grant
30 • It is the beginning of grant season, so the CAC should consider which grant opportunities they
31 would like to apply for.
32 Code Revision Committee
33 • The Code Revision Committee is making progress on Zoning amendments.
34 SEQR Review
35 • The CAC has been charged with reviewing any Type I projects.
36 • The CAC will be reviewing the proposed Dandy Mart Project.
37 Other Business
38 • The CAC prefers to continue meeting via Zoom.
