24 Discussion: Intent of RA (Rural Agricultural) and AG (Agriculture) Zoning Districts

26 Summary of Discussion:
27 - The Director of Planning described the work that has been done on the Zoning.
28 - The Planning Board discussed items that should be considered including possible Site
29 Plan Review for single family residences being built in the Ag Zone, Wells, Stormwater
30 requirements, and the idea of Hamlets.
