26 Updates from Parks & Recreation Supervisor
27 - Parks& Recreation Supervisor Pat Tyrrell reported that the Town's Parks, Recreation, and Trails
28 Master Plan is nearly complete and he and/or consultants MJ Engineering will present to CAC
29 at the next meeting on 4/7.

31 Review of Draft Work Plan, 2022-2023 Document
32 - Co-Chair Carrie Koplinka-Loehr reviewed Draft Work Plan, 2022-2023 with members.

34 Overlay District for Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway
35 - Co-Chair Tom Butler reviewed document titled 'draft CAC response to meeting with Planning
36 Board on January 10, 2022.'
37 - Member Karen Edelstein recommended photographic documentation;Tom Butler offered to
38 take photos, time permitting, over the next month and would try to circulate prior to the next
39 CAC meeting on 4/7.

40 - Co-Chair Carrie Koplinka-Loehr suggested interpretation be provided to the Planning Board and
41 consider presenting to the Planning Board on 5/9.
42 - Members Karen Edelstein and Todd Walter emphasized limits of computational tools and
43 modeling and emphasized the need for photographic documentation.
