30 Representative to the EMC from the CAC
31 - Town Board Liaison,Andra Benson, is no longer able to serve as a liaison to the EMC.

33 Motion to Recommend to the Town Board for Evan Ogata to Serve as Liaison to the EMC, and
34 for David Wolfe to be Alternate Liaison to the EMC.

37 Proposed Conservation Easement Criteria for Town of Lansing
38 - The CAC reviewed and edited the Conservation Easement Criteria Document Karen and Robyn
39 have created.

42 - The establishment of this Committee may have an impact on topics the CAC is currently
43 covering.

45 Proposed Overlay District for Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway
46 - The Planning Board would like to see a more realistic map, but this may not be possible. Karen
47 would like to see actual photos. Even with leaf-off conditions, it would still be a better model.

53 - The RFQ has been released. We are now waiting for responses from potential consultants.
