28 Discussion: Conservation Advisory Council proposed Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway Overlay
29 District maps
30 - Conservation Advisory Council members, Carrie Koplinka-Loehr,John Fleming, and Evan Ogata,
31 were present to discuss the work the CAC has done on the proposed Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway
32 Overlay District maps.
33 - The Planning Board observed the maps that were created.
34 - The Planning Board would like to see maps that depict both leaf-off and leaf-on scenarios.
35 - There are concerns with the 500ft restrictive buffer in the commercial zones.
36 - The Planning Board would like to see a page for the CAC on the website to be able to view
37 documents and maps easily.
38 Code Revision Committee
39 - The Director of Planning discussed the need for a process change to implementing code and
40 local law changes.
41 - The Director of Planning shared a flow chart she has developed to depict the process.

42 - There are concerns with involving too many people and the potential for overlooking input from
43 entities that previously had more involvement in these changes.
44 - The Planning Board discussed Form-Based Zoning.
45 Chair Al Fiorille adjourned the meeting at 8:00 pm.
