Randall, Planning Director 15 Heather Dries, Code Clerk 16 Andra Benson, Town Board Liaison 17 Ruth Groff, Town Board Member 18 19 Public Present 20 No Public Present 21 22 Co-Chair Tom Butler opened the meeting at 6:32 pm 23 24 Approved the December 2, 2021, CAC meeting minutes. 25 26 Public Comments via email to tolcodes@lansingtown.com 27 - No Public Comments by email before or while meeting was live streaming on YouTube 28 at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs2FgU2xFnDyGS8DwXgoJwA 29 30 Overlay District for Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway 31 - The CAC reviewed the purpose of the Overlay District for the new members. 32 - Karen Edelstein shared maps she has created depicting the viewsheds from points on the Scenic 33 Byway. 34 Open Space Index 35 - The CAC reviewed and edited the RFQ document. 36 o The CAC adjusted the Consultant Selection Timeline. 37 Motion to Draft a Thank You Letter to the Park Foundation. 38 - Moved by: Tom Butler Seconded by: Robyn Bailey (Motion Carried) 39 40 Conservation Easement Language Page 1 of 2 41 - Karen Edelstein and Robyn Bailey reviewed the document from the Town of Danby that they 42 have been using as a template. 43 - The CAC reviewed the Conservation Easement Criteria List document that Karen and Robyn have 44 created. 45 o Karen & Robyn will share this document with the CAC so they can provide input. 46 - The CAC reviewed the purpose of Conservation Easements for the new members. 47 Co-Chair Tom Butler called the meeting to be Adjourned at 8:36 pm. 48 49 Minutes taken and executed by Heather Dries.
