24 Chair Jerry Caward opened the meeting at 6:30 pm.

26 Chair Jerry Caward enacted alternate Tom Butler as a voting member due to the absence of a
27 voting member.

32 Review of Draft Local Law on Short Term Property Rentals
33 - Town Counsel was present to address concerns regarding Short Term Rentals.
34 - The Planning Board has concerns with the section (4c)that discusses allowing family and friends
35 to stay in homes,whether they are paying or not.
36 Planning Report
37 - The Director of Planning reviewed the Planning Report.
38 Motion to go into Executive Session at 7:30 per Article 7 (Public Officers) Law Section 105(f)—
39 Interviews of candidates and matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion,
40 demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person.

46 Motion to make a recommendation to the Town Board for Thomas Butler to be appointed as
47 a Town of Lansing Planning Board member for a seven (7) year term and reappointing Dale
48 Baker as an alternate member of the planning board and appointing Erin Worsell as an
49 alternate member of the Planning Board; also recommending to the Town Board that Al
50 Fiorille serve as Chairperson and Sandra Dennis Conlon as Vice Chairperson in 2022.
