NOTICE OF MEETING
The regular meeting of the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at
6:30 PM on Tuesday, 9 November, 2021
• Members of the public may listen to or view the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting live or

• Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so by attorney or other representation. All
interested persons or representatives thereof will be given an opportunity to be heard; send
comments in writing to Town of Lansing, Planning& Code Enforcement Department, 29
Auburn Rd, Lansing,NY 14882 or tolcodes(c�lansingtown.com and your statement will be
forwarded to the Zoning Board of Appeals for their consideration. If you want your statement

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 10/12
2. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration of an Appeal made by Sean& Jennifer Whittaker, 300
Portland Point Road; Tax Parcel No. 36.-1-83, located in the Industrial/Research—IR Zoning
District. The applicant is proposing to construct a two family dwelling and is requesting a Use
Variance from Town of Lansing Zoning Law § 270, Schedule I which does not permit two
family dwellings. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review
Act 6 NYCRR 617.5(c)(16) and 6 NYCRR 617.5(c)(17).
