Informal Discussion H. Floyd Davis, 1 Lot Subdivision, Tax Parcel # P/O 32.-1 -37.428, Lake Forest Drive Lin Davidson gave the following account of the proposed Subdivision; • Davis owns road frontage - 163' on Lake Forest Drive • Davis does NOT own Lakefront property, an easement has been granted to use the Lake. • The Planning Board & Planning Department states the property Mr. Davis is requesting Subdivision is located in according to the Land Use Ordinance, L1 District, Lakeshore description. Mr. Overstrom states the Planning Office is still waiting for the 239 reply before this comes formally before the Planning Board . After some research, the requirement for the L1 Lakeshore district is 150' . The question Mr. Overstrom has for the Board is if they considered this Lake Frontage due to Mr. Davis having a dock . Mr. Davis' s house • does not front on the lake . Previously, Mr. Davis appeared before the Zoning Board of Appeals for a 2 Lot Subdivision with driveways over 500', which was denied . The new Codes states the driveway will have to be a certain width and height clearance, with a turn around . 2 A' APPROVED • Lin Davidson states due to the driveway length, he feels this must get ZBA approval . Mr. Overstrom feels due to lack of road frontage that the Application should go before the Zoning Board for an Area Variance on frontage, length of driveway and shared driveway . Mr. Overstrom states prior to Mr. Davis returning to the Planning Board he must have in place and provide copies to the PB legal documents showing easements . The Planning Board classified this property as an 1.1 , Lakeshore . David Hatfield made a motion to adjourn the Meeting at 7:55 PM.
