The Putnamresolutions recite the legal provisions in the LUO and Subdivision Rules and Regulations Local Law requiring the ZBA variance and also the Subdivision Local Law requisite for a public hearing on Flag Lot approvals, in the event there are questions . In the future (and best of all possible worlds) , if Rachel could get the appropriate materials funneled to her far enough in advance to put together a packet for me at least a week before the meeting, I could have the resolutions prepared sooner so they can be included in the PB packets going out Thursdays for members to review before the Monday meeting . Just food for thought . . . Also, .1 reviewed the draft minutes respecting Tim Buhl' s presentation on Monday respecting the change to the Cayuga Farms plat design to include the stand alone " temporary modular " sewer system . I am concerned with the term " temporary, " as it suggests that the Applicant is still anticipating future sewer infrastructure to the site without confirmation from the Village (s) that they will approve the extension. I also wanted to indicate that, in my opinion the proposed plat change is truly substantial, and a new preliminary and final plat approval will be required .
