Lin Davidson called the Planning Board Meeting to order at 7 : 02 PM . Mr .
Davidson inquired if there were any questions or concerns from the General
• Public .
There were none .
Site Plan & SEQR Review for Commercial Business
Peruville Road, Tax Parcel # WO 30. -1 -28.21 , Applicant
Building Essentials, Inc . on behalf of : Scott Hotchkiss
Mr. Mark Mecenas, Agent for Mr. Hotchkiss appeared before the Planning Board.
for Site Plan Review as applicable under Section 7015 of The Town of Lansing
Zoning Ordinance. Proposed plans show that Mr . Hotchkiss, owner of
Wheaton's would like to erect a commercial building for his Heating & Air.
Conditioning business . At the October 15 , 2007 Planning Board Meeting Mr.
Mecenas was advised to return to this meeting with the following :

• A Site Map to scale with elevations
• • A Drainage Plan
• Parking Plan
• 60' Culvert Pipe (State Permit required)
Mr. Davidson read aloud the requested items per above to include a lighting cut
off.
Mr. Mecenas stated that it was brought to his attention that the issue of requiring
the 60' Culvert Pipe may be out of the Town's jurisdiction and fall in the hands of
the NYS Department of Transportation .
Larry Sharpsteen reviewed the tights and sees no problem with them. An.
acceptable drainage plan was given to the board. . A parking plan was provided .
After some discussion regarding holding a Public Hearing, it was decided that it
was not necessary due to it being an open area and an allowable use with the
condition of Site Plan Review .
Larry Sharpsteen made a motion to waive the Public Hearing . Thomas Ellis
seconded .

MOTION CARRIED .
Larry Sharpsteen express to Mr. Mecenas that the Landscaping would be part of
the completion of the Building Permit .
Thomas Ellis made a motion to approve as submitted . Larry Sharpsteen
seconded . •

Larry Sharpsteen made a motion to adjourn the business portion of the meeting
