Ms . Loncto inquired if there were any questions or concerns from the General Public . There were none. Approval/Denial of August 27, 2007 Minutes . Larry Zuidema requested that the Resolution (s) 07-086 & 07-087 have the name of the person that seconded the motion (s) . Thomas Ellis made a motion to approve the minutes as amended . Lin Davidson seconded . VOTE AS FOLLOWS : Lin Davidson - Aye Thomas Ellis - Aye David Hatfield - Aye Nancy Loncto - Aye Viola Miller - Abstained ® Larry Zuidema - Aye MOTION CARRIED. APPROVED 09I10/07Planning Board • One Lot Subdivision - Emmons Road, Tax Parcel # 16.4 40.24, RA District, Applicant: foe Caza/Jennifer Miner Joe Caza appeared before the Planning Board requesting to separate his small house and barn from the larger new home . Mr . Caza has no long term plans to sell the property at 30 Emmons Road . Mr . Caza ' s intention is to keep the small house as a rental property for his business . Currently the new house that is being erected is tied into the small house' s septic system . Mr. Caza has been advised by the Code Enforcement Officer that in order for the property to be split, each home must have their own septic system. Mr. Caza has postponed installing a new septic system for the larger home (24 Emmons Road) until the Planning Board gives their decision and his Building Permit has been given a Certificate of Occupancy . There is a shared driveway , however, if a separate driveway is needed, there is plenty of space allowed for it. A short form SEQR will need to be reviewed . Due to the SEQR Review not being published on the Agenda, Ms . Moynihan Schmitt has advised the board to complete their SEQR review and complete their approval process at the next business meeting on October 15, 2007. David Hatfield made a motion to waive the Public .Hearing(s) for both the Subdivision Application and the SEQR . Viola Miller seconded . VOTE AS FOLLOWS : Lin Davidson - Aye Thomas Ellis - Aye David Hatfield - Aye Nancy Loncto - Aye Viola Miller - Abstained Larry Zuidema - Aye MOTION CARRIED. Subdivision Rules & Regulations Darby Kiley requested an interpretation from the Board in regards to an additional subdivision of an already subdivide parcel . After some discussion it was agreed that Ms . Moynihan Schmitt will follow up to Ms . Kiley with an answer . Ms . Loncto renewed her motion requesting that the board accept her resignation . David Hatfield seconded . Moynihan Schmitt stated for the record that according to " Robert' s Rules of Order" the Vice Chairperson automatically becomes Chairperson and serves out the remainder of the term . Nancy Loncto made a motion to form a nominating committee consisting of Thomas Ellis, Larry Zuidema and Larry Sharpsteen in order to canvas and make a recommendation to the board for an interim Vice Chairperson, Alternate Member and to hold a full discussion with regards to appointments for the 2008 calendar year .
