Town of Lansing Engineer Public Present Kevin Jacobs Timothy Buhl, P.E. General Business • Nancy Loncto called the Planning Board Meeting to order at 7 : 17 PM . Holochuck —Long EAF Completion, Final Plat, 4 Lot Subdivision, North Triphammer Road, Parcel 41 - 1 -29 .2 David Herrick and Thomas Ellis went over the Long Environmental Assessment Form . Thomas Ellis made a motion to declare a negative declaration. Viola Miller seconded. VOTE AS FOLLOWS : Thomas Ellis — Aye David Hatfield — Aye Nancy Loncto —Aye Viola Miller — Aye Larry Sharpsteen - Aye Nancy Loncto read the #239 reply from the Tompkins County Planning Dept. Mr. Buhl indicated the requested changes/correction will be met prior to any Building Permits being issued. In addition, an updated Map will be presented. Larry Sharpsteen made a motion to accept the proposal submitted as the Final Plat contingent upon the comments/suggestions of the Planning Board. In addition, David Herrick ' s requirements dated January 9, 2006 are to be satisfactorily executed. Approval/Denial January 9, 2006 Minutes Larry Sharpsteen made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted . David Hatfield seconded. VOTE AS FOLLOWS : Thomas Ellis — Aye David Hatfield — Aye Nancy Loncto —Aye Viola Miller — Aye Larry Sharpsteen — Aye MOTION CARRIED . Comprehensive Plan/Roads David Herrick distributed Goals and Objectives that were previously reviewed in late 2005 as well as the previously edited portion of Section V . Additional edits resulting from this meeting were made and agreed, that David Herrick will make the corrections • and forward back to the Planning Board for final approval . Upon completion of David Herrick ' s changes, Richard Platt will forward to the Tompkins County Planning Department for their comments . Ms . Loncto ' s tentative schedule is to have this project completed by the first Planning Meeting in April, and ready to forward to the Town Board for a Public Hearing. Tompkins County Planning Coalition Bud Shattuck will continue to remain on this Committee. Mr. Shattuck will recommend that this Committee continue to meet. 2006 Training In-Service Richard Platt has agreed to set up an In-house training session for all those who care to attend. The workshop will consist of Parliamentary Procedures . It was the consensus of the Planning Board to set up the workshop for the March working meeting. David Hatfield made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8 :48 PM. Larry Sharpsteen seconded . Larry Sharpsteen made a motion to revert to a "simple raise of hands" for voting. David Hatfield seconded . VOTE AS FOLLOWS : Thomas Ellis — Aye David Hatfield — Aye Nancy Loncto —Aye Viola Miller — Aye Larry Sharpsteen — Aye MOTION CARRIED . At the request of the Planning Board, Mr. Platt is to contact Mr. Krogh and inquire if the "roll call" is a NYS mandated procedure for all motions on the table, or can a unanimous 41 vote be used for simple SEQR, Minutes, adjournment, etc . . . Thomas Ellis made a motion to close the meeting at 9 : 00 PM. David Hatfield seconded .
