General Business/Public Comment :
Nancy Loncto Chairperson called the Planning Board Meeting to order at 7 : 15 PM. Ms .
Loncto asked the audience if there was any other business that would like to be brought
before the board.
Douglas McEver, Town Councilman appeared before the board with a special request
that the Planning Board review an application from Donald Howser for a 1 Lot
Subdivision that was submitted to The Code Enforcement Office today. Mr. Howser is
experiencing a hardship situation and time is pertinent.
Chairperson Nancy Loncto stated that it would be an unusual exception to review a
subdivision with only a few hours notice. She further stated that it would be unfair to
others who had submitted applications 10 days before the meeting as required by the
Subdivision Regulations . Nancy asked for a full Board vote to determine whether or not
the Board would review and take action on the application at tonight ' s meeting.
David Hatfield made a motion for an exception to hear Mr. Howser' s case and resolve it
tonight. Larry Sharpsteen seconded.
