General Business :
Nancy Loncto called the meeting to order at 7 : 22 PM at which time there was not a
quorum. Nancy inquired if there were any public comments, at which time Vince
Mehringer brought to the board ' s attention that he believes the Pheasant Way extension
has begun. Mr. Mehringer previously spoke with the Town ' s Attorney, Guy Krogh in
regards to the turnaround located on Mr. Mehringer' s property. Mr. Krogh advised Mr.
Mehringer when construction begins to return and the Town will figure this out.
Bud Shattuck advised Mr. Mehringer that the Town will most likely abandon the
hammerhead and it will return to Mr. Mehringer. Mr. Shattuck advised Mr. Mehringer
that it was not necessary for him to take this to the Town Board as Mr. Platt and Mr.
French can work this out.
John Hicks
Richard Platt advised Nancy Loncto that Mr. Hicks is close to being ready for a final
signature on his Major Subdivision. As of this date, Mr. Hicks is awaiting David
Herrick ' s and John Anderson ' s approval.
Anthony Hay
Richard Platt stated at the last Planning Board Meeting it was recommended that in order
• for Mr. Hay to be granted permission for a 3 Lot Subdivision, the Planning Board
requested that he build a Town road. Mr. Platt recently had further discussion with Mr.
09-27-04 Planning Bd .
Hay, who states he is financially unable to build a road due to the cost being about $ 30,
000. 00 and wanted to know how the Planning Board would feel about a 2 Lot
Subdivision. It was the consensus of the members present that the Planning Board would
consider a 2 Lots Subdivision. Mr. Platt was advised to have Mr. Hay return to the
Planning Board with the appropriate information showing the proposed Subdivision.
