Remove from Ll & R3 add see Mobile Home Park Ordinance . Under definitions, A. 87 Planned Development Area, (2) acres should be changed to (5 ) acres An additional form that will list of all the abutting landowners will be made for up for the developer' s use. Add 706 . 2 . 7 to read : A development pattern to encourage development in an imaginative innovative manner that has a demonstrable benefit to the Town, and the Town' s future . 707 . 3 . 5 Should read : A narrative explanation of the character and purpose of the Planned Development including any type of any development proposed, the water supply and • sewage disposal systems proposed, a general statement of proposed financing, an • indication of the expected timetable for development, and a statement responding to 706 . 2 of this Ordinance . s 4. . • Schedule I — Business Uses, Roadside stand in R3 should be changed from N to SC* 802 . 30 Schedule I — Residential (home) Business or occupation in a B1 should be changed from N to SC with 802 . 9 Schedule I - Keeping or raising of horses or ponies in L1 , R1 , R2, R3 should be changed from SP to SC 802 .27 Remove all the specific designations to a district out of Article VIII in the back. Schedule I — Industrial/Research Uses # 5 , use of accessory farm buildings under the R3 should change from N to Sc * 701 . B1 set back should be changed to 60 ' . Schedule I- Community Uses, Rod & Gun in the RA needs to be changed from P to SC 803 Schedule I- Community Uses Commercial recreation: outdoors in the IR needs to be changed from SP* to SC * 802 . 13 . Zoning Map Changes Beginning with the Southeast corner, drop the IR line back off Farrell road to line up with the R2 zone. The proposed R2 in the Southeast which is bordered by Collins, Asbury, Armstrong and Peruville Roads was changed to R3 . The line at Armstrong Road should • go 300 ' to the East and 300 ' North of Asbury to line up with the pre- existing line . Fiddlers Green will be changed from proposed R2 back to R1 . The R3 area (Conlon & Beach Road) which was changed to B1 will go back to the R3 . Other Business Nancy Loncto requested the Boards opinion concerning hiring someone from the outside to come in and work on the Ordinance Editorials . Nancy knows of a couple candidates that she could possibly contact. The rate of pay would be $ 16 . 00 . The entire Board gave the okay to Nancy Loncto to hire someone . At the call of the Chairperson, the meeting terminated at 10 : 30 AM. •
