Gregg Travis stated that the Town Board did 24 vote on that and he believed it was now their responsibility . Richard Platt stated that it wasn ' t yet . Bud 25 Shattuck stated that they have a public hearing set for the next Town Board meeting . 76 27 Subdivision — Martin Farkas , Tax Map # 36. - 1 - 1. 1 . 4 28 29 The board discussed the right of way on the map . Mr. Farkas explained that was an error and when the 30 final map is drawn up, that will not be a right- of-way, but will be part of the new parcel . Dick Platt 31 explained the boundary change and the one- lot subdivision . The board discussed the subdivision, noting 32 that it is contiguous to a U . N . A . , but is not located in one. Because it does not meet the minimum road 33 frontage requirements, it would be a flag lot , therefore it had to come before the Planning Board . The 34 Board requested a copy of the deed restrictions for the file . 35 36 The Board reviewed the SEQR . Larry Sharpsteen moved to declare a negative declaration . Brad Griffin 37 seconded . VOTE . ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY . 3g 39 Larry Sharpsteen moved to waive the public hearing and approve the subdivision as presented . Brad 40 Griffin seconded . VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR . MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY . 41 42 Mr. Farkas will have new surveys drawn up and submit to the Planning Office for the Chairman to sign . 41 ih OTHER BUSINESS 4J 46 Brad Griffin noted that he is missing the last 7 pages of the Subdivision Regulations . He will stop by 47 the Code Enforcement Office to get a copy of those pages . 2 Town of Lansing, Planning hoard, September 24. 200.1 l Viola Miller read a letter from Pete Larson to the Town Board about giving back the right-of-way 2 between lots 31 & 32 on Leslie Lane . Viola explained the reason for that right-of-way when the 3 subdivision was done originally was because there was only one exit for the subdivision , but that has A 4 since changed . Dick Platt explained that the property was going to be used as a . driveway off Leslie 5 Lane for a parcel of land in the Village of. Lansing. Dick Platt stated that it was for Alex Cima ' s son- in - 6 law and that the Town had decided they would turn the land back over to Mr. Cima and let him do what 7 he wanted with it . 8 9 Brad Griffin stated that he had promised that he would seek advice on the business of what latitude a 10 Town has regarding utilities . Brad stated that Ile wrote to Harry Willis . Brad stated that he has 11 requested the answer in writing and will let the board know when he receives the response . 12 13 Because the next regular meeting would fall on Columbus Day, October 8 and several of the Planning 14 Board members and the Code Enforcement. Officer will be away for training, the board decided they 15 would postpone that meeting . It will be held on Monday, October 15 , 2001 . Robin will notify the 1. 6 Ithaca Journal . 17 18 Approval of Minutes of 9/10/01 - Nancy Loncto moved to accept the minutes as submitted . Gregg 19 Travis seconded . VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR . MOTION CARRIED UNANitiMOUSLY . 20 21 Bud Shattuck stated that he has a copy of the 2001 Ag Profile and it would not hurt to have copies for 22 the Planning Board Members . Bud gave his copy to Dick Platt . Dick will make copies and give to the 23 Planning Board Members . 24 25 Continue Review of Proposed Ordinance Changes - The Board resumed their review of the proposed 26 changes with Sec . 803 . 2 . 6 . They completed their review through Article IV . Nancy Loncto will submit 27 the changes to Robin Cornell . ; Y 78 29 Nancy Loncto motioned to adjourn at 9 : 30PM . Larry Sharpsteen seconded .
