He informed them that their proposal would be voted on at 7 :45 p.m at the October 28 meeting, contingent upon a quorum being present. ROBERT LYNCH, TEETER ROAD, TAX MAP #37.1 -7-23 • Robert Lynch and his sister, Marcia Lynch, appeared before the Planning Board to request approval of a one-lot subdivision of Mr. Lynch's property on Teeter Road. He explained that they are interested in keeping the property in the family, andare requesting approval so that Marcia can use the property for a single-family rural residence. Al White questioned Mr. Lynch as to the boundary line at the back of the property. Mr. Lynch responded that the corner is notched as it is so that the anchor for an antenna for a possible future radio station could remain on his property and not be on the property of the proposed subdivision. Al White acknowledged that the sewage system has already been designed, and that the lot appears to meet all the requirements, contingent upon the results of the survey that needs to be done. Al White stated that the land will also need to be surveyed before the deed can be transferred. Al White felt there was no need for a public hearing on this subdivision. A SEQR was reviewed and received a negative declaration. Larry Sharpsteen and Roger Hagin both commented that they didn't have any problems with this subdivision. Mr. Lynch was informed that a vote on this subdivision would take place at 7:30 p.m. at the October 28 meeting, contingent upon a quorum being present. HERBERT MILLIMAN, EAST LANSING ROAD, TAX MAP #20-1 -21 .2 Herbert Milliman appeared before the Planning Board to request approval of boundary changes on his property on East Lansing Road. Al White commented that although the lot meets all the requirements, this will require a public hearing due to the variance on mad frontage, which will be • scheduled for the November 11 meeting. KARL DATES, ALGERINE ROAD, TAX MAP #12.1 .23.2 • Karl Dates and George Schlecht appeared before the Planning Board to request approval of a sketch plan for four lots in the approximate location of lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 from a sketch plan submitted on 7/25/91. These lots would be accessed by two means. The primary access would be along the proposed sixty-foot wide access road which would be commonly owned by the four new lot owners and Karl Dates. There also would be a right-of-way provided along the existing driveway which runs parallel to the railroad, south to Algerine Road. This right-of-way would be encumbered with a legal easement thus providing a second means of access to the lower lots in case of emergency. George Schlecht questioned the Planning Board members as to their feelings of the proposed sketch plan. Larry Sharpsteen and Roger Hagin commented that they didn't have a problem with this proposed sketch plan. Al White passed on a concern expressed to him via a telephone conversation with Linda Hirvonen regarding the length of the proposed road. Al White informed Mr. Schlecht that he could go to the Town Board knowing that the Planning Board members in attendance don't have a problem with the sketch plan. David Herrick suggested that there is some engineering that still needs to be done in order to make both Boards feel more comfortable. Discovering what the grade is of the property, and also making decisions on the alternative access on Algerine Road were his suggestions. There being no further business, the Planning Board meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted, i Michelle R. Eastman Next Planning Board Meeting: Monday, October 28, 1991; 7:30 p.m. • 2
