Hagen ABSENT : V . li11er , L . `' harpsteen I . MINUTES MOTION : R . ; agen moved to approve the minutes of September 12 , 1988 as amended . Teconded by F . Jamin , carried unanimously . II , MAHOOL / TALLMAN PROPOSED MAJOR SUBDIVISION - LAKEWATCH Mike Schwartz , project designer , responded to Town Engineer Miller ' s concerns as follows : 1 . General layout main difference on the lakefront and has DEC approval . Density remains almost the same as the multiple units have been replaced with single family residences . 2 . Proposed North - South connector has been moved 16 feet . The Kim proposed subdivision could easily adjust their plan to connect . 3 . The 60 ft . Hde dedication is now shown . 4 . Although the connection to E . Thore Circle does not meet subdivision requirements , this aspect was reviewed with Highway Superintendent Howard Groat and the Department of Transportation ( NYS ) and was approved by both . It is felt that since it is an indirect connection with stacking space that problems will be minimal . They have requested this require - ment be waived . 5 . Survey will conform to Prelim . Plat requirement of 502 . 6 . Right of Ways are now shown . 7 . All lots now have over 60 ft . of road frontage as requested by the Planning Board . All lots meet Health Depart . requirements . 8 . Bearing and distances now shown . 9 . Easements for E &G , tel , etc . now shown . ` lanket easement . 10 . No street lighting is planned . 11 . Drainage easements now shown . 12 . Drainage plan now defined . Culverts and swales shown as well as sizes and locations under railroad ( 24 " ) . 13 . R . O . W . lines and easements for utilities now shown . • 14 . Valves provided as required . 15 . Profile for watermain now included . 16 . 8 " watermain now rpovided along East Shore Circle . • 17 . There is a difference of opinion on this point . 18 . Details of " septic system plan " now provided . 19 . Road sections now shown . 20 . Culverts on road profiles and at locations of major fills now shown . 21 . Elevations and lengths of vertical curves now shown . 22 . Cross - sections and grading plans done . 23 . Will conform to same requirements as for Leathers re : horizontal curve . Discussion : Drainage - rune - off will be no greater than it is now . MOTION : Carol Karmen moved to conditionally approve the final plat plan for the Lakewatch subdivision located off Rt . 34 ( E . Shore Circle ) , comprised of 47 residential lots and extending to the lake shore . This approval is contingent upon the completion of all maps in accordance with the comments made by The Town Engineer with the exception of point # 4 which will be waived . The Planning Board feels the professional input on this point has been diligently sought and that said input shows no major problem and has the approval of both Town and State officials . It is also contingent upon : I . Statement from Town Board re : SEQR 2 . Letter from Town Board re : water . 3 . Letter from Town Attorney re : endorsements . 4 . Approval from Town Engineer . The Planning Board also states and requires that if , at any time , it is deemed that changes in the intersection of E . Shore Circle with Rt . 34 are necessary , the developers of the Lakewatch subdivision shall bear the expense . Seconded by R . Hagen , carried unanimously . III . Other Planning Board members expressed concern that the Town Ordinance Officer no longer attended their meetings . p 2
