White, Chair, Viola Mullane , Carol Kamen , Linda Hirvonen , Roger Hagin . ABSENT : Sharpsteen and Ramin Goerge Totman for the Code Enforcement Officer and Town Board Liaison L . Ernrni ck . Chair White convened the meeting at 7 : 40 pm . Hirvonen moved to accept the minutes for the meeting of 13 June 19eB . Hagin seconded . The motion was accepted unanimously . WARREN ROAD INDUSTRIAL PARK C . Drost presented the overall landscaping plans for the Warren Road industrial Park . These were discussed and it was agreed that it was the individual owner' s responsibility to maintain his or her property . • Kammen moved that the Planning Baord accept the landsccaping plans contingent upon the Town Engineer' s approval of the drainage plans . Hirvonen amended the motion to note that a copy of the deed restrictions be included with the materials submitted , and that the Town is in no way responsible for enforcing these regulations . Hagin seconded the amended motion and it was approved unanimously . TRANSONICS SITE PLAN REVIEW Mullane moved that we accept the plans for lots 9 and 10 of the Warren Park Industrial Park . Karmen seconded the motion which was passed unanimously . Kammen moved that the Planning Board grant final plat approval for Transo ni cs , conditional upon Gary Wood ' s review and approval , and approval by the Health Department . Hirvonen seconded . The motion was passed unanimously . U . P . S . SITE PLAN REVIEW Donald Gratzer presented plans for the U . P . S . building , located on Lots 1 and 3 of the Warren Rood industrial Park . • Kammen moved that the Planning Board approve the plans , contingent upon I the Town Engineer' s approval of the drainage system . Hirvonen seconded the motion . The motion was passed unanimously . Hirvonen moved to approve the sign as shown in the plans . gammen seconded and the motion was passed unanimously . LILLIAN AND NORMAN TIDD ; PROPOSED SUN DIVISION Norman Tidd presented plans for a sub division of land on Asbury Road . He noted that there is municipal water already hooked up to Lot . 3 , and also on the adjacent trailer lot , Lot . 1 . White stated that the Planning Board would review the preliminary sketch plan , and that before the final sub division could be approved , there would have to be a public hearing . Hirvonen moved to waive the public hearing and accept a one lot sub division on Asbury Road , east of Route 34, and west of Triphammer Road . Karmen seconded the motion which was carried unanimously . • Hirvonen requested that Mr. Tidd check the information on his map pertaining to the adjacent landowners as some seem to be out of date . White stated that he had received e letter from Ms . Nichols concerning the Eastlake PDA . Karmen moved to accept Nichols ' letter, rescinding the offending paragraph in Nichols ' previous letter to the Baord . Hagin seconded the motion which was carried unanimously . He stated that there is municipal water hooked up on Lot 3 , and also on the adjacent t railer lot , Lot 1 . MR . WHITE stated that the Planning Board would review the preliminary sketch plan , and that before the final sub - division could be approved , there would have to be a public hearing . L INDA HIRVONEN moved to accept and waive the public hearing of the one - lot sub - division on Asbury Road , east of Route 34 , and west of Triphammer Road . CAROL KAMMEN seconded the motion . The motion was unanimously carried . L INDA HIRVONEN requested that Mr . Tidd check the information on his map pertaining to the adjacent landowners . It appears to be outdated . CHAIRMAN WHITE stated that he had received a letter from Mrs . N ichols on the East Lake PDA . CAROL KAMEN made a motion to accept Mrs . Nichols letter , resciding the offending paragraph in her previous letter for the East Lake PDA . ROGER HAGIN seconded the motion . The motion was carried unanimously . CAROL KAMMEN made a motion to adjourn . LINDA HIRVONEN seconded the motion . The motion was carried unanimously . The next regular meeting of the LANSING TOWN PLANNING BOARD will be on July 11 , 1988 .
