Beckwith , L . Sharpsteen Planning Board discussed the adjusted minutes for August , September, October and November 1987 . Nov . 9 minutes = mended to correct Mr. Pichel ' s first name to Michael ; October 12 minutes amended on page 3 to note that Mr. Circa discussed a proposed new development . A11 votes taken , August through November were unanimous and should be so noted . F . Ramin moved to accept minutes as submitted . L . Hirvonen seconded . Approved unanimously . A .. Cima was represented by J . Barney , regarding an adjustment between lots 20 and 21 on Laura Lane in the Horizons PDA . Mr. Bernie Malloy and his lawyer, C . Guttman , attended . Because of a miscalculation , a variance is • needed regarding the size of lot * 19 where the road frontage would be 60 ' ; rather than 75 ' as presented in the PDA map . Barney requested moving the southern line of lot 20 subject to variance inre set back on the side lot . The violation is 5 ' on the side lot where the foundation on Mr. Malloy ' s property would be 6 . 7 ' from the line rather than the required 12 ' . The impact of this change is low . A . White moved to accept an extension of the line of lot 20 by 15 ' , Ramin seconded . Approved unanimously . Mr. Cima was reminded that his annual review is scheduled for 14 December. The Planning Board , having no other official business , met with Jeanine Kirby , Town of Lansing Supervisor Designee . Kirby noted that there will be a DEC hearing inre : sludge on the Munson farms . She stated that the DEC is lead agency and they have no objection to the proposal . Enforcement would be left to the Zoning officer under the junkyard provision . Other topics discusses included : extension of Land Use in the Town of Lansing ; • modification of our zoning laws to better control threats to town ; a zoning code to follow state code ; the need to prevent strip development in agricultural areas ; update of subdivision regulations ; 1 r i • consideration of a sewer system for the Town ; need to study what is best for the Town of Lansing ; the problems of Lake Shore development ; SEAR ; new road construction in subdivisions ; secretarial help for Planning Board ; the current traffic study . It was decided that beginning January1986 the Regulations should be studied and revised , as needed . Board requested Zoning Officer to look into the proceedure for handling agricultural land .
