TOWN OF LANSING PLANNING BOARD

Ley ; Gary Argetsinger ; Jeb Smith ; Chris Henne
1 . Minutes of the previous meeting were not available .
2 . Bertrand Bush presented request to extend the bounderies of the
most easterly lot of his approved miner subdivision . New proposed
lot would be 378 foot depth by 330 foot frontage . LS suggested there
could be another lot plus a street right - of - way , between this and the
power line right - of - way . JH proposed to Mr . Bush that he consider
the potential for development of the interior of the property . Mr
Bush expressed doubt that this would ever matrialize . Consensus of
members present was that the proposal is not detrimential and that LS
should write a letter stating that : a ) already approved as
subdivision b ) proposed revised lot is large enough to not be
• considered as a subdivision .
3 . Herbert Ley and Gary Argetsinger presented a proposal for Mrs .
Viloa Argetsinger to sell property contiguous to Ley ' s Ice Cream
Stand . It was also pointed out that Argetsinger ' s had given property
to the church . JH asked for a copy of the survey of the transfer to
the church as a record that there would not be any landlocked
parcels . VM stated this constitutes an enlargement of an existing
lot , not a new subdivision . LS also stated that these parcels are
not contiguous with the other property that has been subdivided on
the west side of Lake Shore Drive . Ley and Argetsinger were asked to
bring a sketch plan to the next meeting .
4 . Jeb Smith and Chris Henne asked for informal information on the
requirements for subdividing with particular reference to the Hick ' s
parcel just north of Sunpath .
5 . Additional Notes : . Tolnpkins County Health Department has agreed to
let LansingBoard to be lead agency on Orear subdivision .
Ken Malone wants to make a presentation regarding his
property on Triphammer Rd . on the 27th .
The meeting adjourned at 9 : 35 pm .
