Homa - Chair , V . Miller , L . Hirvonen , A . White , L . Sharpsteen , F . Ramin , C . Kammen ABSENT : H . Beckwith I . Minutes - tabled until next meeting II . Old Business A . V . Miller - County Planning Board Report B . Pat Fialla - two proposed minor subdivisions on Farrell Rd . The public hearing scheduled for today couldn ' t be held because technicalities had not been completed . MOTION : In as much as a hardship will be incurred if action is not taken tonight L . Iiirvonen moved that the minor subdivision which includes Lots 4 and 5 be accepted and approved at this time with a public hearing on lots 1 and 2 to be scheduled for June 8 at 7 : 45 pin . Seconded by V . Miller , carried unanimously . • III . Hiles Munson - three minor subdivisions proposed . A . Buck Rd . - 4 lots Lots 1 & 2 are contiguous , lots 3 & 4 are separated by a lot Size of lots and road frontage are as required . MOTION : A . White moved to accept the subdivision as proposed contingent upon Health Depart . approval and the addition of deed restrictions to exclude mobile homes and limit construction to 1 & 2 fancily homes . Seconded by C . Kammen , carried unanimously . B . Searles Rd . - It was established that Mr . Munson has not previously subdivided any of this land . There is a 70 ' right of way in compliance with the ordinance . MOTION : It was moved to accept the minor subdivision as proposed contingent upon Health Depart . approval and receipt of deed restrictions ( see above ) . So moved by F . Ramin , seconded by A . White , carried unanimously . C . Van Ostrand Rd . - 4 lots , corner of N . Lansing School Rd . This is the second minor subdivision on Van Ostrand Rd . re-Te , Munson continued Lot # 1 has nothing on it that would obstruct vision . • Public hearing shall be scheduled for June 8 , 1987 - 7 : 30 pm . IV . Besemer division of land . Mr . Besemer wishes to divide 10 acres from his property on Drake Rd . It falls outside Subdivision Rules and Regulations but he has requested that a letter be sent to the County Clerk stating this fact . The Planning Board is happy to do this . V . Michael Walker re : land sold by Don Worsell on Rte . 34B - see minutes 3 - 9 - 87 In regard to the lot on the east side of Rte . 34B with 2 mobile homes and a two story home - all residences are occupied . Since the land involved is not enough to support septic systems for all three residences it was suggested that Mr . Walker go to the Health Depart . and ask them to draw minimum lot lines according to their regulations and then approach Mr . Worsell and request an adjustment in the lot line . • Lot on corner of Lansing Station Rd . and Rte . 34 has 2 . 82 acres and road frontage of 266 . 75 X 548 . 11 . MOTION : C . Kammen moved to accept the subdivision as presented . Seconded by F . Ramin , carried unanimously . A copy of the letter from the Health Depart . must be included in the file . VI . Orear proposed subdivision . Discussion Excerpts - Hicks land adjoining is for sale . Mr . Hicks will not be subdividing . Does a subdivision have to have a " public " road ? The existing road is 16 ' & will never meet town regs for slope . Lots do not front on a public street . The Town Attorney is going to study the road and subdivision . VII . Myskow subdivision - 4 lots - Buck Rd . A request has been made for a boundary adjustment on Lot # 1 . 41111 This subdivision was filed in the County Court House in 1968 prior to Sub . R & R . MOTION : Since this appears to have been surveyed and filed in 1968 the Planning Board feels that it is not within their jurisdiction to take any official action . They do , however , recognize that the addition of a triangle of land adjacent to lot # 1 is a boundary adjustment to an existing lot . V . Miller , C . Kammen , carried unanimously .
