November 11 , 1986 , November 24 , 1986
MOTION : A . White moved to approve both sets , seconded by L . Sharpsteen , carried
unanimously .
II . Orear proposed lakeshore subdivision
The Town Board rescinded their motion to accept Mr . Orear ' s road proposal on
December 12 , 1986 on the grounds that the Town Engineer had not approved the
road as required .
In order to clarify a situation that the Planning Board encounters frequently
• the Board wished to state that when the Subdivision Rules and Regulations
state that a lot must have access to a public road , they wish to interpret that
to include any private road which exits onto a public road as falling within
the permissable limits of the Ordinance .
V . Miller suggested a letter be sent to Mr . Orear to the effect that since the
Town Board rescinded their approval , Planning Board requirements have not been
fully met and Mr . Orear should discuss his status with the Town Ordinance
Officer or Planning Board Chairman .
III . Wilson - Lansingville Rd . proposed subdivision
An incomplete subdivision application and check was received in October 1986 .
Since further information was not received and the party was unavailable by
telephone , the check will be returned .
IV . Morse Borg Warner

• employee without obtaining a subdivision permit . V . Miller will contact the

excellent plan .
