Guests : Mr . Dino Marinos , John & LuAnn Davis
Since there were not enough members in attendance to form a quorum
it was not possible totconduct a formal business meeting . The following
informal discussions were held :
I . Marinos Property - Triphammer Rd .
Mr. Marinos showed members a survey map for a 2 - lot minor subdivision
on Triphammer Rd . which includes the house and barn already there .
Size of lots - 1 . 08 , 1 . 31 acres .
Lots separated by a 60 ' right - of - way .
Both lots have adequate road frontage .
The map indicates that both lots should exit onto the right - of - way
rather than Triphammer Rd .

Mr . Davis lives on Water Wagon Rd . next to the land Mr . M

Mr . Davis is concerned about the possible increase of tr;
Water Wagon Rd . due to the development of the Marinos pr
He is also concerned that the Town may be considering a
change in the Water Wagon/Triphammer Rd . intersection and that said
change may not be in the best interests of the Town . He is con -
cerned that more people seem to be using Water Wagon Rd . as a
commutor line and would prefer to leave the road undeveloped to
discourage traffic .
III . Jay Orear
Mr . Orear has requested a spot on the next meetings agenda to
discuss a road to the lake he and John Hicks would like to develop .
