1 ) . Minutes of previous meeting not available .
2 ) . Herb Beckwith introduced as new member of board .
3 ) . Tonights agenda was devoted to Zoning
3a ) . The area for consideration of zoning ( basically south of
Peruville Rd ) was discussed -- two areas for further discussion
were :
i . Small area of Town along Rt . 34 and Cayuga Lakeshore ,
area known as Esty Hill -- Lakeshore vs Conservation
District .
ii . Rural Agriculture District in Northeastern area under
consideration for zoning -- should size of this area be
adjusted .
3b ) . - SCHEDULE 1 : Schedule of Land Uses or Activities was reviewed .
i . For Land use or Activity items 11 - 67 , the compiliation
of uses by various board members was reviewed and areas
of agreement reported .
ii . For the Rural Agricultural ( RA ) and Conservation ( CN )
districts the Land use or Activity for items 1 - 67 were
agreed upon by those present .
Item 21 was modified to read Roadside stand -
commercial and will be placed near item 44 .
Item 38 will be seperated into 2 items ( i . e . , a Drive -
in restaurant can work - as each has its own area of
concern .
Item 54 , 56 will be worded to indicate Federal
Regulations apply .
Item 65 - needs work to seperate farm chemicals from
other waste sites .
The meeting was ajourned at 10 : 30 p . m . The next meeting is at 7 : 30 on
10 March 1986 .
