I . Minutes of previous meeting
March 11 , 1985 - page 2 - 1st line - change L . Swearingen to
L . Sharpsteen .
page 2 - 2nd paragraph. - change to read ; " A
d iscussionon the request of A . Cima for high
d ensity residential was held . T . Niederkorn
summed it up by saying that Cima did not need
it , all he needed was the Town changing zoning
on the map for that area . The Planning Board
requests more information - on this .
page 2 - IV . - correct to read as ; " told
that none was required jtree health department
f or the public use
MOTION : L . Sharpsteen moved that the minutes of March 11 , 1985
be approved as amended . C . Kammen seconded the motion ,
carried unanimously .
II .. James Roundy - mobile home park - Newman Road
James: Roundy appeared before the Board requesting approval for
construction. of a mobile home park to be located on Newman Road .
A discussion followed on the necessary requirements . L . Hirvonen
® said that a public hearing would have to be held possibly at the
May meeting date .

III . Bills to be paid
: two bills were presented to the Board ;, Quoin. copy - $ 40 . 80 for
stationery and $ 297 . 00 from T . Niederkorn.. - consulting fees .
MOTION : L . Hirvonen moved that the above bills be paid , V .
Miller seconded the motion , carried unanimously .

IV . Alex Cima - Horizons Subdivision
A . Cima and C . Bryant appeared before the Board with revised plans
and new drawings for the proposed villages set -up . The various
points as set forth by the Planning Board in a letter to n ., Oimn
were gone over carefully . A . Cima stressed that all of the work
done will be of high quality , something that Lansing could be
proud of .. Itwas noted that the Planning Board would have to give
approval of the plans , submit it to the Town Board and then sub -
sequently a Public Hearing would ! be held .
V . 4 Development Policy
Future land use was gone over thoroughly by T . Niederkorn and
. members of the Planning Board .
VI . Loomis Subdivision - Triphammer Road
G . Loomis is no longer considering his plans for a subdivision .
