II . Donald Worsell Mobile Park & Proposed Subdivision - Algerine Road - Town of Lansing
✓ . Miller told the members present that D . Worsell had returned for more work on
h is trailer park on Algerine Road . He presented a map of his proposed subdivision
® to the east of his trailer park .
D . Worsell said the road into the subdivision would be a private one off Algerine
Road . L . Montague felt that D . Worsell should provide an easement for a 60 '
right- of- way in case he might want to expand his subdivision in the future . It
could then become a town road . L . Hirvonen suggested that D . Worsell file it as
a 60 ' right - of- way now but not necessarily do any work on it . He agreed to do
so .
L . Montague told him that the Planning Board needed four copies of his map showing
the right - of- way and a $5 . 00 fee payble to the Town . V . Miller told him that the
Planning Board could act on it possibly at their next meeting .
The mobile park issue was then brought up for discussion . V . Miller said that at
the public hearing held on 11/ 17/33 some of the people were for it end some were
not . She said that people wanted mobile parks to look nice and be neat .
D . Worsell said that he was planning on building a playground , possibly next
summer to help keep kids off the road . He also wanted N . Stanton to help keep
junk cars out . V . Miller suggested that he have personal rules and regulations
made up for his park . He said that he did have them but they were ignored at
times .
D . Worsell said that the one well in use has been approved by the County ( Health
Department ) and he expects the other one to be approved soon .

III . Route 13
✓ . Miller reported that the Ithaca Journal misrepresented Frank Liguori ' s
remarks . The Ithaca Journal failed to add that he would submit whatever the
Planning Board wanted .
She said that the plans appear to be an upgrading of what is presently there .
Dryden wants to fight it because of a new subdivision in the Village . Many
people want it to go North through McClean .
She asked the members present if they wanted to have it updated with a few by-
• passes and corners fixed or if they wanted it to be a regional road out Peru-
ville Road . A new road could impact farm land . Cornell would not be ;upset as
it would go to the North of them .
W . Cook said that Dryden and. Cortland could have it .
V . Miller said that if they take the North route it would mean more traffic on
Warren Road .
MOTION : S . Cleveland made a motion that the Town of Lansing Planning Board
after a full discussion decided that V . Miller should represent the
best interests of the Town of Lansing at the 12/7/83 meeting with
regard to Route 13 .

IV . John Wurster & Jack Morse - Proposed. Subdivision off Triphammer Terrace
H . Ley reported that he had been told that their attorney , Ed Mazza - would not
g ive them any legal documents until a survey would be made . They would like a
® letter from the Planning Board stating that they had appeared before the Board
and were requested to put in an easement with regard to the maintenance of the
private road that services the lots in their proposed subdivision .
L . Montague felt that the Planning Board had nothing to do with a , survey .
