T . Niederkorn posted three maps for the members present to look at ;
a land use management map , a Master Plan map and the previous
S land use management lent map .. He also passed out Zoning

Sheets .
T . Niederkorn rioted the possibility of adding fire and building
i` codes when applicable .
°r;, : : Under ares{, and size requireillents , maximum lot coverage , it was
explained that the percentage stood for the maximum amount of
. land covered by a structure . For example , if the minimum.mum ' lot

size was 40 , 000 sq . ft . the structure at 10% could only , cover ; .

- T . Niederkorn showed on the map , Lucente ' s proposed complex ,
the area south of Bush Lane and a strip along North Triphammer

The front yard measurement is set at x number of feet from the
edge of the road , not from the center of the road .

Discussion came up about Lakeshore and howmany feet frons the
x: lake should a structure be allowed . R . Trig 6s noted that due
l . to the narrowness of many of: the - lots plus the nearness of the
