B. Discussion
D.7ardie - Is a public hearing on the site plan necessary?
7. 3tanton(Z0) - It is not required by the land Use Ordinance ,
however , Town law might require it. it night be possible
for the Town Board ; PT to hold one jointly,
r.Hardie - Peels public hearing unnecessary,
`T.Piller - Didn't recall that one was held for the original
:Pwu building.
Morse BON - if all things fall within the Ordinance a public
hearing shouldn 't be required .
L.Yontague - Is there a moral obligation to the public to hold a
hearins?
n uardi.e - Asked N.Stan ton to check with the Town Supervisor on
the proper procedure .

Worse Borg-'.darner - continued
TT . Discussion - continued
V.'Iiller - Downstream drainage must be discussed with the
Village of Lansing, but we can approve the building site
as long as the PR is satisfied that drainage is being
taken care of.
D.Hardie - Outside lighting must be shielded down because the
site is near the airport flight path.
`•T .Stanton(ZO) - Fow would bare land be handled?
Erosion controll methods.
'T .Stanton(ZO)- Tf the PB had something in writing concerning
erosion control they might be more willing to allow site
preparation to begin before final approval of the plan is
,given.
`,TOTTn' Contingent upon receipt by the Planning Board of a
letter of intent horn "iorse Borg-!darner in regard to
initial drainage and site preparation plans, it Yras moved ,
seconded and carried with one abstention to -rant approval
