ITT. Orear Subdivision - Fast Shore Drive
A. poad - Mr. 'gear would like what is now a private road to
become a Dublic road with maintenance by the Town.

is in the Town
3. Village doesn't want the maintenance expense for the 200'
4. Mr. Orear asked the Village to dedicate the 200' to the
Town, so entire _road would be in the Town. Village said
",;es" with the stipulation that if the Village isn 't happy
with what the Town does, it may revoke its decision.
5. However, on July 12 , 1977, the Village signed a Resolution
3,4 allowing t?-e dedication.. 'To stipulations.
And in 1975 the Town Board passed a resolution to accent
the road w'^_en Mr. Orear was ready to dedicate it to the Toxin.
7. The Town must formally accept both narts of the road.

Then Finkeldey should stick to the original plan.
The Secretary is directed to send a letter to Mr. Finkeldey stating
the above decision.
V. Fill and Junk Cars on Triphammer Rd.
_' OTT01,T* T.Kick moved that the Lansing Town Attorney notify the
.,!alone heir that he has 30 days to clean up the cars and
level the land or the Town will do something at the heir ' s
expense. S.Cleveland seconded , carried unanimously.
VI. Comprehensive Plan

to work on.
