Miller Guest : Lorraine Johnson , Sperry Lane Sharon Hinkley , visitor I . Minutes November 12 , 1979 1 . Clarification of ' to get the bill ' meaning an itemized copy only . 2 . Bob Briggs ' name has been submitted to the Lansing Town Board . V . Miller moved to accept the minutes as corrected , T . Kick seconded , and they were approved unanimously . II . Finkledey Subdivision D . Hardie spoke with Gary Evans of the County Planning Board , about the preliminary plat information . The understanding is that , preliminary plat approval was granted on the condition that drainage modifications , as worked out by engineers Miller and Schlact , would be made . Mortgage money should technically not be available until final plat approval is given . L . Montague : We approved preliminary plat with specific changes to be done and for Finkledey to get final plat approval in 6 months . P . Wells : This situation is in the hands of Finkledey ' s engineer and the • Town engineer . Information regarding drainage modifictions must be presented to the Planning Board before final approval can be given . D . Hardie : If he does everything he is supposed to , the Town is obligated to approve it . There was further discussion about the town ' s obligation after Finkledey has met the specifications . V . Miller : There are some areas in the town which have followed specifications and the town has not approved the roads acts a town road . P . Wells : Need a report from engineer concerning road if neccessary . D . Hardie : Not a major concern at this point . At this point , Finkledey must come to us . L . Montague : It was left with the Town Engineer that Finkledey will meet with him . Any further action must be taken by the Town Attorney . L . Hirvonen : If his time runs out where do we stand and what action do we take ? Concern for proper procedure in following subdivision flow chart . L . Johnson : ( from the floor ) In final plat if not approved in 6 months the procedure must be started again . But in the Subdivision Rules and Regulations the Planning Board action ie not mentioned . 1 111, L . Hirvonen : An official letter from the Planning Board should be written to Finkledey , stating , ' awaiting arrival of information from him ' . V . Miller : A letter also to the County Clerk concerning his final approval when and if it is granted . Lb. 2 Linda and Loren to work on this matter . 1110 L . Johnson : ( from the floor ) Undergroundlines have been applied for at NYSEG by Finkledey . V . Miller : Received correspondence from County Planning Board RE : Work being done on Car Pools in the County . III . New Revised Information from Harry Missirian for Comprehensinve Plan See Sheets . NOTE : V . Miller : If anyone knows of an interested person for EMC Committee with Jim Ray , let her know . D . Hardie will check with Gary Lamont the Soil Conservation Officer , as a possibility . Development Maps D . Hardie to check over maps , but technical work to be done by County Planning Board . Next Meeing , January 14 , 1980 . L . Montague moved to adjourn , T . Kick seconded , approved unanimously . Meeting adjourned at 9 : 30 P . M .
