June 11 , 1979 and July 9 , 1979
MOTION : Mro Kick moved to accept both sets of minutes , seconded by
V . Miller , carried unanimously .
II . Fiddlers ' Green subdivision ( Finkeldey )
NYSEG report - L . Montague
The NYSEG engineering department is now working on the power
line design .
Mr . Finkeldey has formally requested overhead service for
which variances are necessary .
III . Subdivision Rules & Regulations ( SRR )
It was suggested that Mr . Montague consult with the Ordinance Officer
and the County Planning Depart . as to a system for compiling
SRR data .
IV , Report by Mrs . Viola. Miller re : memos to the Town Board
A . Mrs . Miller submitted copies of her memo on zoning to members
of the board .
B . Mrs . Miller also distributed copies of a memo she compiled in
reply to 2 memos from the Town Board in regard to Subdivision
Rules & Pegs , dated June ' 78 and Feb . ' 79 .
( 1 ) page 2 deals point by point with the issues raised in the
June ' 78 TB memo and answers question included in the
Febo ' 79 memo .
C . Discussion
( 1 ) Mr . Hardie suggested that the regularly scheduled meetings
of the PB and TB , falling on consecutive evenings , made
preparation and presentation of current material difficult .
It might be worthwhile for the PB to consider changing the
schedule of their meetings .
( 2 ) At this time a memo from the Town Board , dated Aug . 7 , 1979 ,
accompanied by a "Planning Board Function Chart " was submitted
to members .
( 3 ) It was suggested that each member of the Town Board receive
copies of the 2 memos written by Mrs . Miller .
D . MOTION : It was moved , seconded , and carried unanimously , to
submit copies of Mrs . Miller ' s memos to all members of the
Town Board in a confidential manner , with Mrs . Miller to attend
the next regular meeting of the Town Board to explain and discuss
the contents of the memos . Following that , the memos will be
reworked and sent to Mr . Munson for the record , So moved by
L . Montague , seconded by T , Kick .

✓ o Tour of the Town
The Town Board will be happy to oat
the Planning Board for a tour
of the town , and suggests Aug . 23 at 6 : 00 as a possible date . All
members present reacted favorable .
✓ I ° Keaney Mobile Home Park
As Mr . Keaney has never presented any documents as to what he
proposes , the Planning Board cannot give an accurate appraisal of
the situation , and the Town Board end Ordinance Officer should be
so advised °
✓ II . New Agricultural District
Mr . Hardie brought to the attention of the board members , the
creation of a new agricultural district . On maps which he presented ,
he noted that 2 parcels of land in the district fall in the Town
of Lansing .
✓ III . Water and Sewer commission Report - Tom Kick
A , The official name is now Public Works Commission .
B , Regular meetings are being held every other Thursday at Tom
Miller ' s office °
Co An overview of some of the commissions preliminary plans was
given .
