A . Zoning Ordinance - 'discussion of boundaries
B . Mobile Home Park Ordinance - to our knowledge there
are no licensed parks
C . Subdivision Regs and Revised. Regs . - should there be a '
land -use ordinance in conjunction ? .
D . Flood Plain Ordinance
E . Sign and Junkyard Ordinances - well enforced
* F . George Stevens suggested there be a map and index
added to the Land Use Ordinance .

time between submission and acknowledgement .

run roughshod . "

Board should have clear - cut authority for planning
and recommending . "
V . Goals - B . Bement
A . Enforcement of ordinances .
B . Population density control for remainder of town , including
minimum frontage , setback , building permit .
C . Maintenance of 7 members on Planning Board with
two consultants .
1 . Peg McElwee suggested the expiration date of terms
be checked .
D . Full - town representation .
E . Roll on County Planning Board ?
1 . P . Munson commented that he felt the County Planning
Board to be "relatively unproductive . "
F . Possible co - ordination with Dryden and Groton Planning
Boards , with the possibility of hiring a professional
planner between the 3 towns .
G , Regular position on Town Board agenda .
H . How can communication be achieved inminimal time ?
1 . Suggestion - an<? appointed Town Boardliaison officer .
2 . Suggestion - use a letter to get on the agenda.
