Correspondence - B . Bement Two letters were received in reply to our letter about Cayuga S tation , one from Gary Lee and one from the Public Service Commission . . III . Retirement Home Report - D . Hardie A . Water - The Health Depart , isn ' t happy with the amount of water now being pumped from the 3 wells . They feel there should be 15 gallons per minute , whereas now only 13 gallons 411 per minute are being produced . B . New Site Consideration 1 . It has been suggested that a new site , near Pyramid Mall , which has water and sewer facilities , be investigated , 2 . FHA financing might be available . IV . Meeting with newly elected members of Town Board This meeting would attempt to explain the frustrations of the Planning Board in its attempts to carry out its functions . It . would also inform the new Town Board members of the Planning Boards accomplishments and goals . A . Accomplishments 1 . Zoning Ordinance - enforced and working well 2 . Sign Ordinance - moderately well handled 3 . Junk Yard Ordinance - enforced to a degree of satisfaction 4 . Mobile Home Park Ordinance - no information 5 . Flood Plain Ordinance - well done 6 , Subdivision Regulations - can ' t get off the ground B . Frustrations 1 , apathy of Town Board 2 . negative Town Board attitude on enforcement 3 . . Town Board attitude of benign neglect C . Goals 1 . population density information 2 . enforcement of ordinances in more comprehensive manner 3 . a townwide ordinance dealing with set -back and frontage ' C .
