II . Bicentennial - L . Winter was asked to work with Ed LaVigne
of. the Town Board on town plans .
IIT . Sian Ordinance
A . Munson Farms Ti - 1 Targe , 2 small signs , sq . ft . in excess
B . Owner - Jasper Munson , 15 Ridge- Rd . , Lansing
C . Zoning officer requested a reaction to the large sign
o n east side of building .
D . With removal of one small sign , would be within
o rdinance specifications .
E . Mr . Munson must obtain a sign permit
F . MOTION : It was moved to approve the large sign , if one
small sign is removed , a sign permit is obtained , and
the sign meets with the approvalof the zoning officer .
Moved by O . Hardie , seconded by h . Bement .
IV . Sub - divisions
A . It was suggested to concentrate revision onlisting
major and minor requirements separately .
B . Di. scussion on a possible meeting of sub - dividers when
✓ evisions are completed .
C . Suggestion made to cut up a copy of the sub - division
✓ egulations to facilitate revision .

include a discretionary clause for the planning board .

• prior to the instigation of the ordinance , the ordinance
will not have jurisdiction over this particular sub -
• division ; if not , the regulations must be observed ,
and the sup - divider must come to the planning board
before any sale of property .

C . It was felt that the planni , board should first
review and make generalr. ' ans andthen invite input
from neighborhoods .
D . It was felt that because of the enormous help Tom
Neiderkorn could give in this review , a request
should be made for additional monies in the budget
to pay for his services .
F . Members should be ready to throw out ideasat next
meeting , 27 Oct . 1975 ,
F . The majority of time at the rP ular Nov . meeting
will be spent on said review .
