Also Lola Winter Zoning Officer Norm Stanton was also present . Meeting called to order at 7 : 35PM by Mrs . Miller . • Minutes of previous meetings of March !i , 11 , 20 and 25 were passed to members of the Board . Action deferred . Report of Committees : • Sewer : nothing • Norm Stanton reported that four signs were removed last month . Also driveway of "Aged P" Tavern narrowed . • Report of Representative to County Planning Board , Mr . Edmondson . Need to have a special agenda for all the committee reports . UPS Plans were presented by Mr . Goldberg rho represented Bishops of Ithaca. Questions regarC.ing landscaping , drainage , and parking were put forth by the Board . All seemed to be answered satisfactorily. Plans were left with Planning Board_ for further study. • New New member to Board , Dave Hardie was introduced . To fill unexpired term BOARD of Paul Barron , who resigns for personal reasons . MEMBER • Mr . Robert Williamson presented plans for Security Mutual Insurance Company , ; ECLITy who proposes to build a new home office building . Building permit has been tITmL'AL submitted to Mr . Stanton , including request for sign on side of building . They desire to build on a parcelofland north of Cayuga Motors ( corner of North Triphammer and Tripland Terrace ) Sales Corporation , depending on the approval of Planning Board . Site and building has been planned by Mr . Tallman and provides for future expansion . Parking questioned . Questions from Board : Mr . Edmondson : Set back from Triphammer 82 feet . " Master Plan started eight years ago under Harris Dates , Town Supervisor . The Master Plan is a set of guidelines whidh should be reviewed every five years . It ' s a set of guidelines for the town . I would have to point out that in the formulation of present ' zoning ordnance based on Master Plan the area naw in question was one that was never questioned as to being other than a commercial area .' More traffic does not cause value of teal estate to go down . "ode have gone over this as carefully as we can in many special meetings since the original presentation by Pyramid on March 11 and have considered all questions raised at that meeting .
