It is the re - sponsibility of the Board of Representatives to make the appoint - ments . Mr . Liguori is very much interested in what the Lansing Planning B oard is doing . There will be no public announcement , but any other residents who wish to attend will be welcome . All members of the Town Board are to be invited . There was a discussion of the doubtful wisdom of inviting only certain res - idents and not others . Ruzicka Suggested that there be a return to the plan of inviting repre - sentatives from various organizations ; this would preclude anyone ' s feeling hurt because of not having been invited . Edmondson Invitation should be by telephone , with the statement that the meeting is an open one . • This method was agreed upon . There was a discussion of whom to invite , and a list was compiled .
