There was a discussion of the cost of publishing the BASIC STUDIES Basic Studies . Inasmuch as the cost seemed to be well REPORTS within the limits of the budget as previously discussed , it seemed feasible to proceed . Showacre Mentioned a letter from George Breene of OPC , Syracuse , SCOPE OF concerning a change in the Scope of Services , as previously SERVICES agreed upon by the Board and Mr . Niederkorn . • The meeting was adjourned at 8 : 45 p . m . •
