HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-09-20 ZBA Agenda Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals NOTICE OF MEETING The regular meeting of the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday,June 9, 2020. • Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law, this regular meeting of the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals will be held electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. • Members of the public may listen to or view the Zoning Board of Appeals meetinglie or recorded on the Town's YouTube channel, located here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/IJCs2FgU2xFnDyGS8DwX og JwA. • Minutes of the Zoning Board of Appeals will transcribed and posted on the Town's website at https://www.lansingtown.com/town-docs. Agenda 1. PUBLIC HEARING: Electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person, on the following matter: Consideration of an Appeal made by Jason K. Demarest Architecture, Applicant, on behalf of Lillian Babcock, Owner, of 30 Ladoga Park, Tax Parcel#33.-1-57 located in the Lakeshore (L1)Zoning District for an Area Variance from Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance Section 504, Schedule II which requires a 10' Minimum Side Yard Set Back. Applicant is requesting an Area Variance of 2' from the Minimum Side Yard Set Back requirement to facilitate placement of a roof overhang. This is a Type II Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act 6 NYCRR 617.5(c)(17).
