Area Variance, Applicant: Clay Burruss, 278 Bill George Road, Tax Parcel # 24.2-17 Clay Burruss appeared before the Zoning Board of Appeals requesting an Area Variance to erect a 26' x 22' Garage . Due to the lay of the land, there is only one location on the property that the structure can be situated . The Town' s setback requirement from the road right of way is 30' whereas Mr . Burruss will have 23 . ' David Dittman made a motion to accept the application as presented and set the Public Hearing for, Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 5 : 00 PM. Ronald Bricker seconded .
