GENERAL BUSINESS
Linda Hirvonen, Acting Chairperson called the Meeting to order at 5 :00 PM.
Acceptance/Denial To Hear Case For: Area Variance, Applicanh
Raymond Johnson, Agent for Faith Baptist Fellowship, 998 Auburn
Road, Tax Parcel # 8:1-30
Raymond & Tania Johnson, Agents for Faith Baptist Fellowship appeared before the
board requesting that the board hear their case for an Area Variance. The Johnson s
would like to erect a small mud room and deck on the north side of the Parsonage. The
existing Parsonage is located 21'9" in the road-right-of way, however, the proposed
additional would not extend beyond the existing building. The Town right-of-way is
50' . Due to the lay of the land, there is no other location for this addition.
David Dittman made a motion to accept hearing the case, and set a Public Hearing for
Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 7:00 PM. Henry (Hurf ) Sheldon seconded.

MOTION CARRIED.
Approval/Denial of June 19, 2007 Minutes
Daniel Konowalow previously provided the Clerk with several edits in regards to
capitalizations.
David Dittman made a motion to approve the minutes to include the amendments.
Daniel Konowalow seconded.
VOTE AS FOLLOWS.

David Dittman - Abstained

MOTION CARRIED.
Other Business
Henry (Hurf) Sheldon that the members be provided with a copy of the letter that was
sent to Mr. Pinney.
Ronald Bricker made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 PM. David Dittman
seconded.
