Greg Travis, Chairman of the Board called the meeting to order at 7 : 01 PM
Henry (Hurt) Sheldon made a motion to open the Public Hearing meeting at 7 : 02 PM .
David Dittman seconded .

Public Hearim : Area Variance, 932 Auburn Road, Parcel # 18 443 , RA
_District: Applicant: Cliff Noel & Cynthia Rigm
Greg Travis, Chairman of the Board read the Legal Notice published in The Ithaca Journal with
regards to the Public Hearing, and the Neighbor Notification Letter,
Public Comments :
Applicant Cliff Noel reiterated to the Board that he is re-building an existing Mudroom
• that was approximately 10 ' x 6 ' to 16 ' x 6 ' . The leading edge is still 8 ' back from the
front of the home, which is located in the Road right-of-way.

Yes, however, the existing home is already closer to the right of way
allowed by the current Ordinance ( 50 ft . )
Henry (Hurf) Sheldon made a motion to approve the Area Variance as presented with
no conditions . Ronald Bricker seconded .

MOTION CARRIED .
The Zoning Board reviewed Part I of the Short Environmental Assessment Form ( EAF)
completed by the Applicant. Gregg Travis completed part II of the EAF with the input of
Zoning Board Members . No significant adverse environmental impacts of effects were
identified in Part II by the Zoning Board Members .
Approval/Denial of January 16, 2007 Minutes
David Dittman made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Ronald Bricker
seconded.
