Platt, Code Enforcement Officer * Bud Shattuck, Deputy Town Supervisor PUBLIC PRESENT None GENERAL BUSINESS • Stephen White, Chairman of the board called the meeting to order at 6 : 00 PM. The Recording Secretary took roll call . Application Consideration Mr. Platt, Code Enforcement Officer brought before the board an application for acceptance to review/deny. Applicant : Mary Hudson, request for an Area Variance to access her property located in the Town of Lansing in order to build a home, via her parcel located in the Village. (Village Parcel # 42 . 1 - 1 -53 . 5) . It was suggested by The Zoning Officer that if approved, that the access be deeded access . Ronald Bricker made a motion to accept the application and set the Public Hearing date for Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at 7 : 05 PM . Daniel Konowalow seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR, MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. MeetinfZ Time Change Daniel Konowalow requested of his fellow Board Members to change the start time of the monthly meetings to 7 : 00 PM effective July 19, 2005 to September 20, 2005 . Ronald Bricker made a motion to accept the time change . Stephen White seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Approval of December 21 , 2004 Minutes i ,4X ZBA 06-22-05 Daniel Konowalow made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted . Ronald Bricker seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY . Daniel Konowalow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6 : 08 PM . Ronald Bricker seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR.
