Platt, Code Enforcement Officer * Bud Shattuck, Deputy Town Supervisor * Guy Krogh, Town Attorney PUBLIC PRESENT None GENERAL BUSINESS Stephen White, Chairman opened the meeting at 6 : 14 PM. Public Hearing, Robbins, 183 Auburn Road, Tax Map # 30 .442 (Use Variance Stephen White read the legal notice printed in the Ithaca Journal regarding the Public Hearing for a Use Variance at the request of Carl Robbins . Mr. White opened the Public Hearing at 6 : 15 PM . Meeting Time Change Daniel Konowalow requested that changes in the time meetings are held for the summer months be changed to later in the evening. It was suggested from May I " to the end of September that meeting start at either 7 : 00 PM or 7 : 30PM . The consensus of the board agreed to this change . Stephen White suggested that we schedule one evening per month to hear Zoning requests . The board agreed that day would be the 3 �d Tuesday of every month. Approval of April 1 , 2004 Minutes David Dittman made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted . Wayne Lucas seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Executive Session Linda Hirvonen made a motion that the Regular Meeting be adjourned to go into Executive Session at 6 : 31 PM to discuss a possible litigation issue . Wayne Lucas seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Wayne Lucas made a motion that the Executive Session be terminated at 6 : 51 PM, Daniel Konowalow seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Request for an Appeal — Bellisario/Phillips David Dittman made a motion to reject the Appeal as the result of untimely filing by the Applicants . Wayne Lucas seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY Robbins-Use Variance David Dittman made a motion to deny the request for a Use Variance due to the lack of Mr. Robbins not appearing before the Board . Daniel Konowalow seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. It was stated if Mr. Robbins requests to pursue this matter, a $75 . 00 fee shall be charged. Linda Hirvonen made a motion to close the Public Hearing at 6 : 52 PM. Daniel Konowalow seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
