Richard G . Platt, Code Enforcement Officer PUBLIC PRESENT Francis (Bud) Shattuck GENERAL BUSINESS • Stephen White opened the meeting at 6 : 35 PM . Inter-governmental Agreement for Tompkins County Review Mr. White read the entire letter from the Tompkins County Planning Department regarding the #239 Review Process in the presence of the Zoning members . Once completed, a short discussion among the members was held . All Members present felt it should be executed . Mr. Dittman made a motion in favor of the agreement. Wayne Lucas seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Mr. Stephen White, Chairman signed the agreement . Recommendation for appointment of Daniel Konowalow as permanent Zoning Member It has come before the board that a current Member, Mr. Steven Wright must resign for personal reasons . It was the consensus of the board that the Alternate Member, Daniel Konowalow be moved to the permanent position . Wayne Lucas made a motion to recommend to the Town Board that Daniel Konowalow be appointed to the Permanent position on the Zoning Board of Appeals . David Dittman seconded . VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY . • Rachel Jacobsen will submit a letter of recommendation to Supervisor Farkas for the appointment of this position to be voted on at the Special Town Board Meeting to be held 'A on December 30, 2003 . As for the Alternate position, Rachel Jacobsen has submitted two requests to the Ithaca Journal canvassing for applicants to fulfill the position . David Dittman made a motion to close the meeting at 6 : 40 PM . Daniel Konowalow seconded . VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR.
